In 2019, my youngest son studied abroad in Cortona, Italy. Naturally, my wife and I needed to take him to drop him off for his first day of classes there. Italy was rich in history, had incredible rolling hills through the Tuscan region, and most importantly, offered a wide range of delicious food and wine.
